My top four favorite oils.

We use to many oils to tell you all of them! So I’m going to share with you the top four that we love and use A LOT

The first one we use almost everyday is.

Thieves oil

What I mostly use thieves oil for is in our diffuser in our homemade immunity roller and my husbands beard oil.

Thieves oil is a good immunity booster!

Thieves oil is known to reduce stress, neutralize bacterial and viral pathogens, improve digestion, strengthen bones and reduce inflammation, as well as lowering fevers, healing skin conditions, aiding weight loss AND strengthening the respiratory system.

What I mostly use Lemon for is cleaning! Lemon with baking soda is a all natural magic eraser!!

Skin care. Lemon essential oil is astringent and detoxifying. Its antiseptic properties help in treating and clearing skin.

It’s also a wonderful Degreaser (goo be gone)

Insect Repellant – Bugs are not in favor of lemon oil. Combine lemon with peppermint and eucalyptus essential oil along with coconut oil for an effective repellant.

I just love peppermint and use it on everything!!

I use it a lot for our homemade soap sugar scrub bath bombs etc.

Peppermint is good for nausea.

Also did you know peppermint is used as a dietary supplement for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS),

It’s good for the common cold, headaches, and other conditions. Peppermint oil is also used topically (applied to the skin) for headache, muscle aches, itching, and other problems.

I’m not a big fan of lavender but everybody else in the house loves it so we use it!

I mostly use lavender in my homemade sleeper roller for the kids!

Lavender is a nice calming oil. It’s good for helping you stay calm for sleeping and depression.

It’s good for dry skin and hair loss!

It also has a Anti- Inflammatory ability!

All of these oils have so much more to offer then what I’ve listed!

As always I hope you enjoyed this little read and it was helpful to you in away! 🙂
